After class, in the name of self-care, I decided to attend a lecture on campus. The lecture ended up being an amazing complement to my class. Love it. I also said the opening prayer.
I read unnecessary but relevant journal articles in my flex time (such as while I'm waiting for the lecture to start).
On an unrelated note, at 7:00 tonight (Thursday) I was under the impression that it was 8:00 on Friday. I think I confused a classmate. I think the only reason I figured out my bearings was because it was still light out...and she told me it was Friday. When I figured that out, I decided to go to work instead of home. Is it bad that I would much rather be on campus than home?
