Cabbage Patch Kids are not made, they are born. And they are born at Babyland General Hospital in Cleveland Georgia.
When a Cabbage Patch Kid is about to be birthed from the Magic Crystal Tree, a doctor comes out to perform the delivery, be it natural or a C (for Cabbage)-section.
Following the birth, the baby is named, and then taken and given a check-up in which it is weighed, x-rayed, and its vitals are taken. Then, if it is healthy enough, visitors can hold the newborn.
Treasure those moments, because these kids grow up fast.
